What was your undergraduate degree?
I spent three years at Inverness College studying BA Business and Management, then after a year of working in a placement for a local charity in the position of Marketing and Fundraiser, I moved to Edinburgh to study BA (Hons) Business Studies at Edinburgh Napier University for a final honours year. Just before attending the MSc Digital Marketing in Aberdeen, I worked in an internship Internet Marketing Research position for a company that helps with people’s learning and spelling skills through using NLP techniques.

Why did you decide to study an MSc in Digital Marketing?
Increasingly employers are searching for people with a good grasp of digital knowledge. The MSc Digital Marketing looks to equip students with valuable skills that are sought after by employers and the MSc Digital Marketing course seemed like the perfect opportunity to enhance my career prospects.

What has been your favourite part of the MSc degree so far?
Working on projects for real world businesses has been extremely valuable in gaining an understanding of what it is like to work in a professional digital marketing agency.
