Most memorable client / project: NorthLink Ferries – Showcasing the Northern Isles
Since 2012, when international service company Serco took over the NorthLink Ferries contract, Weber Shandwick has been supporting the company’s rebrand, marketing, advertising and media activity.
Showcasing what the Northern Isles has to offer to Scottish and UK audiences, activity has included partnerships with VisitScotland, seasonal campaigns, press trips with UK and local titles, industry and stakeholder events and community relations and sponsorship.
The activity helped generate traffic to Orkney and Shetland and also raised awareness of the lifeline ferry service.
