Why did you decide to study an MSc in Digital Marketing?
I have an online business model I would like to develop, and although I have a significant background in Marketing there are considerable gaps in my hands-on digital skills needing filled before I can make the model work. The MSc will hopefully square the circle.
What do you like best about the course so far?
It has been a positive experience returning to University at an age when many are cruising towards retirement. Learning is a continual process and mixing with youth, being active in a subject I have a natural passion, and the opportunity to take time out from the grind of the office environment is proving welcome.
What’s your favourite app or website, and why?
My favourite website is a competition between Hubspot and the BBC news service. Both are educational; one keeps me current with everything digital, and the other keeps me up-to-date with events on the move.
