Why did you decide to study an MSc in Digital Marketing?
After university I found the graduate jobs I was most interested in applying for were specific to the field of marketing. This led to an interest in the idea of developing my basic knowledge of marketing into a far more definite skill-set that would allow me to apply for higher positions than I am currently qualified for.
What do you like best about the course so far?
The abundance of practical working appeals to me and the way I enjoy learning. I prefer being hands-on and being able to use software and programs to learn. The course has helped me develop skills in programs I have used previously as well as introducing me to new tools such as ‘Google Analytics’ and processes such as ‘SEO’.
What’s your favourite app or website, and why?
As I work in the gambling industry I find bookmakers apps often miss what their consumers are looking for. ‘Bet 365’ however have a simplistic design that is really easy to navigate. The app homepage contains everything the customer is looking for. If you enjoy wasting your money like me I’d give this one a try!
